To whom it may concern,

I have a project due in soon, and i am in need of some help. My task is to produce a p&id for syn-gas production through biomass feedstock, which I will figure out. However, the trouble is finding reliable source of information that contains the main features of the process/plant, in order to create my own p&id.
I request detailed process from start to finish in the generation of syn-gas through the process of the feedstock: biomass.

If anyone can lead me to the right direction (website, document, journal/article etc) as soon as possible (project due by the end of the week, yeah i know, last minute, bad habit ), it would be greatly appreciated.

Well, you could try Fischer-Tropsch webpage. There you can find some journals, articles and studies. Heck! you can even find a basic engineering manual for producing hydrogen from methane. Why am I telling you this? Because Syngas is related. You'll burn the biomass (wood wastes, urban wastes, food residues)in the same reactor along with water to produce the syngas. So, if you really want to know how it works, please take a look at "Gasification" by Christopher Higman. Don't forget to visit http://www.fischer-tropsch.org/ for the info... if you know how to look well, you'll find the P&ID I'm talking about.
