Dear friends
Hi,
I want to simulate an absorber for SO2 removal from a flue gas using a sodium carbonate(soda ash) solution.
as Na2CO3 isn't in the Hysys Databank, I used Aspen properties databank for this section.
to do this, I entered the reaction rate of SO2+Na2CO3(K =A e(-E/RT))and also electrolyte reactions and added all reactions to fluid package. I defined both flue gas inlet condition and soda ash stream compeletly.
but It dosen't converge with this error "column feed stream ,6(soda ash stream, does not have enough information to run the column".
what's the meaning of this error? both feed streams are OK.
regards
