I need any recommended practise for fixing level setting of 3 phase as well as the 2 phase separator to diffrent level such as HH, H NL L, LL.

generally it is based on the percentage of mean value (low range value and high range value).if any standards is there to follow for more precise value?

Ramesh

Look into the attached paper, extracted from a design standard available online. You can use these figures as guidelines for setting LAHH, LAH, NLL, LAL, and the LALL values.

Normally the difference between NLL/LAL, and NLL/LAH, is the hold-up time required for control. The difference between LAH/LAHH and LAL/LALL is the hold-up time required for operator intervention before the system reaches trip conditions.

Ramesh,

Additionally you can have a look at the following link for separtor design, holdup times & low-low/low/high/high-high settings.
