I have an API 650 tank which is Nitrogen blanketed. The inlet line (Feed line) and Pump minimum flow line enters the tank through two separate DIP Pipes. to prevent siphoning out, I want to put anti Siphon holes in Dip Pipe. The only concern is Nitrogen will escape out in Feed inlet line and Pump min flow line as the pump and Feed flow are intermittent in service. How to prevent this Nitrogen loss ?

If i well understood, the tank would be loaded by the pump and i don't know why should the min flow line be routed to it instead suction vessel/drum/...?
Anyway,as far as i know blanketing pressure is usually in order of 10-20 mbarg and considering feed line remains filled with liquid during pumping stop, due to static head in vertical part of feed line,N2 escaping from mentioned holes which normally located at the top of vertical part of the line may rarely occur.

How do you envisage siphoning? Can you upload the scheme?
