Hi does anyone have any experiences with filling up the activated carbon......i have two filling procedures from different EPC's. one of them require activated carbon to be soaked in water while filling and after filling we drain and then backwash the act.carbon. then finally fill and leave soaked for 3 days.

the other one is just filling normally close, and then just soak in water for 3 days.....

so i am confused whcih one to follow....
