Hi
Now I am developing Recycle Split-Vapor (RSV) process for NGL recovery process based on Ortloff but I encounter a problem. When I run this simulation, a consistency error has occurred. The composition at gas outlet for demethanizer in column environment and simulation environment is different. I don't know what to do. Below I attached my simulation. All your help is highly appreciated. Thank you

Hi Hamidihizami,

I am unable to open your attached zip file. Usually, inconsistency is because your over specified one or more process parameters in your simulation.

Regards,

Shan

Dear Shan,

Thanks Shan for the info but I still don't get it. If I eliminate one of the parameter, the column will not solve. So, which parameter I should delete? Anyway, if you had problem to open the simulation, I can email you. All your help is highly appreciated

Regards
