DS,

Have you discussed your problem checked with the centrifuge manufacturer. He would be the best bet for providing you a solution to your problem.

Reputed vendors provide this kind of service routinely sometimes by inspecting the equipment and charging fees for troubleshooting.

Regards,
Ankur.

DS,

If the centrifuge vendor cannot detect and troubleshoot the problem then your centrifuge vendor is not reliable both in terms of the equipment quality and the service. An option could be to get another centrifuge vendor and ask him to help you out maybe by paying some nominal fees. The new vendor may help you out even free of cost if he thinks that he can do business with you in the future.

Regards,
Ankur.
