Hi everyone!

I am a final year student and my design project is a bioethanol plant.
In the individual design, I am asked to design a jet cooker in the starch gelatiniztaion process of bioethanol production. I have been searching the design procedures for a long time but I can't find much information about it. Most of them they just describe process, the advatange and disadvatange of using jet cooker instead of traditional heat exchanger...

Can anyone provide me literatures/information about how to design a jet cooker please??

I'll be much appreciated for you help!

P.S Please let me know if you need any specifications of the stream.
