Respected Forum Members, Good Day.
I am requesting for guidance and consultancy to setup a plant for converting SN65 & SN70 Paraffinic LOBS (lube oil base stock) into (W.M.O)White mineral oils and TOBS (transformer oil base stock) and drilling oils.
I am aware that Hydro treating is the present day process equipment to get the job done, but it a very expensive piece of equipment the investment runs into millions of dollars.
I am looking for alternate process which is inexpensive and could be deployed at a lower production rate.
Required feed input 2 to 3 cubic meter per hour / 2000 to 3000 liter per hour.
It could be batch type or continuous process, batch type process is preferred as the initial investment cost will be lower.
In my humble observation there are many medium and small companies in India and China doing the same business, but I am not aware of the process.
So I am posting my request at this wonderful forum. Please guide me.
