An Heat less  adsorption dryer with 16 bar inlet pressure (max) at 45 deg c inlet air temperature, with a flow rate of 5cfm.

1.Dessicant : Activated Alumina

2.bulk density : 0.764 gm/ml

3.size of balls : 5 mm (Spherical)

4. Surface area : 398 m2/gm

5.Pore volume : 0.46 cc/gm

6.Bed Crushing Strength : 94%

7. Loss of Attriation : 0.18%

8. Adsorption Capacity @ 60% RH : 21.51%

9. Loss on Ignition(1000 deg c) : 7.2%

10 . adsorption time : 5 minutes

11. Pressure build up time : 1 minute.

12. Regeneration : 4 minutes.

13.Purge loss 14% of inlet flow.

14.Pressure dew point : -40 deg c.

15.Change over : Automatic.

With the above data how to size a dryer? is the data enough?what other factors to be considered? Please advice.
