Hi Guys

I am trying to establish a control system for Ammonia Gas scrubber.Ammonia gas is scrubbed with 50% sulfuric acid.

2NH3 + H2SO4 = (NH4)2SO4

  1. I want to know how to control the sulfuric acid injection in the scrubber
  2. How to control the liquid discharge from the scrubber.

the Ammonia gas flow to the scrubber can vary between 0 to 8.6Kg/hr. Thank you

Sulfuric acid injection rate should be controlled by FC on NH3 inlet flow line and the liquid discharge should be controlled by LC on the scrubber liquid level.
