How will we define moisture content in a gas stream except air?

You can also define the water content in any gas by its "dew point". Personally, I don't favor this method, but it is used world-wide. I prefer the direct and absolute measuring system that Shan has mentioned. It is simpler, much more direct and practical.
The dew point measurement requires you to identify the conditions of the dew point - the pressure (and the fact that other condensables are not present at the dew point).
