We are using fuel gas having 200 ppm H2S. Our fuel gas inlet pressure is 4 barg and required fuel gas pressure is 300 mbar for 2 MMscfd at 40 C. How we simulate and select the appropriate membrane?

May I ask why use a membrane?
You will want to look at the selectivities of the membranes for the separation and efficiency you are looking for. If/when you find this data, you will likely need to use a component splitter (at least for HYSYS) set for the same separation factors as the membrane.
Side note, it is common practice to sweeten a sour gas with caustic or to use a PSA/TSA.
Best of luck.

using hysys, you should have the seperation efficency then as it is told use splitter block.if you use Aspen plus,my suggestion would be to use Fsplit by inputing the value and each stream flow rate and fractions.
hope to be helpful

Thnaks for suggestion. The flow rate of fuel gas is just 2 MMscfd. I could get the idea, what is mean by "sweeten a sour gas with caustic or to use a PSA/TSA". Would you explain in detail

I've modeled it using ProMax. They have a membrane block in which you can specify the membrane based on the one you are designing. I've never tried it in Hysys.
