I'm preparing vessel datasheet and came across this earthing lugs.  From my research I found out that  there are two most commonly used materials: copper and aluminum, these two hold the record for being the two most reliable material in earthing.  Most of the datasheet I've seen is made up of copper.  Have you experienced using aluminum earthing lugs for vessels?  Which material is better to use?

By the way, Is copper/aluminum earthing lug can be used for carbon steel vessel?  Hope you can help me, thanks.
