Hi ,

I need to use a chemical reaction in Pro II. The product is carbamate and not listed in the list of components specified in Pro II. So when I enter it as a user defined component I have to supply data about component properties such as critical temperature, pressure etc.. which I cannot find online or in any book. If I dont specify these data and run the simulation, an error message pops up to supply these values... So should I enter a reasonably close value to these component properties or is there any other way to run the simulation without these values? Will the results of simulation be incorrect if I enter cooked up values. Please help!!

As far I as know, carbamate is not the name of a specific component, but merely the name of a family of components.

You need to be more specific about exactly which carbamate you mean.
