I am doing a project costing using the CAPCOST program. Now I am in need for the CEPCI value for year 2014 specifically the end of this year.

For 2014 full year , you have to wait end of Q1 2015 !

The last figure  on hands is 578.9 (August 2014) . Nobody can challenge you on that . Just indicate the reference ( Chemical engineering Journal -November 2014) .
