Hi All,

I have a problem relating to OIW Analyzer need your support. Our FPSO is dealing with a huge amount of sand coming from wells. As a result, the excessive sand carry-over to produced water overboard hence the analyzer will not record correct readings.

OIW range: 0-40 ppm.

Has anyone experienced the same case, please advise me some recommendation on vendor/ model which is good for OIW analyzer.

  • In-line or side- stream type is better. The existing one is side-stream type
  • What's maximum solid particle size?
  • Any advanced technologies for this case?

Thank you so much.

Thank P.K.Rao.

I have found some vendors to find out the options such as Turner, FMC, Advanced Sensors, ProAnalysis.
