I have two questions regarding rectors used in claus sulfur recovery unit.
1) Why 3 reactors are connected in series?
Why not using one reactor with higher conversion...
Kindly explain.

You should find these answers yourself. It should not be difficult to find all the information you need. Especially if you develop enough understanding to make such a list.
