Is it good for fresh chemical engineer start his career as a welding engineer taking in mind he doesn't have knowledge or experience about welding before ?!?

Better to stick on your major ! Welding Engineer is a different world nothing to do with Chem Eng .

What about thermal designer of heat exchanger in manufacturing company?

Much better choice as long you are strong in heat transfer .
