Dear Sir

 

Please help me to calculate 5 stage multiple effect evaporation of 5.5% salt water. feed rate 42KL/Hr. We are using TVR .

 

In addition to above help me to calculate vapor duct size from individual vapor seperator and vapor velocity.

I have to design TVR which is Required in Multiple effect Evaporation system.

Motive steam flow 5250 kg/hr, Pressure 12 bar, Temperature 191 degree Celsius. Im stucked, I want to calculate Total mixed vapours which are entering into the calendria. Also calculate TVR Ratio
