Can anyone help me with basic design and detail fabrication drawing of hydrogen generator which produce hydrogen by water electrolysis?

Did you try your favorite search engine ? you can find manufacturers in China probably in India . BTW your query is very vague …. no information about the flow rate and purity

Please stop making multiple postings of the same topic - especially in different Forums.  I have deleted your other posting, which you did on our other Forum.  This is utterly confusing, creates disinterest, and leaves our members in the dark as to where and how to respond.

 

Breizh makes some very important points regarding your omission of some very basic data.  What do you know of electrolysis plants?  Have you researched the process?  Have you any experience as an engineer designing and constructing plants?  If you don't, you have very little or any ability to design and fabricate an electrolysis plant.  I know because I have installed, operated, and managed hydrolysis plants producing both Oxygen and Hydrogen.  If you want to produce hydrogen, that is one thing; but what do you intend to do with the oxygen?

 

You should be an expert in producing hydrogen by electolysis if you intend to attempt a design for such a plant.

 

Our Forums are not a source for free engineering.  Our members are not going to design or fabricate an industrial plant for you (for free).  You should train and prepare yourself for such an endeavor by working within such a plant and learning first-hand what are the barriers, problems, trade-offs, resources, and hazards involved before trying to "design" such a system.  I say this with a lot of years spent in the Industrial Gas industry.
