hi

I am working on a special design for a tray distillation tower using KG-tower software

 

for the loads 1 and 2 (design) I have got the mass flow rate for liq and vap from HYSYS   MB and Physical Data from HYSYS.xlsx   14.24KB   51 downloads

 

I also need more data for turndown loads (3 and 4) which I can't understand how to calculate its mass flow rates or even how to assume it

Please can I find someone have an experience with Kg-tower software to help me

There is an input file creator for KG-Tower. If you don't have it, get it from Koch-Glitsch. Start your sizing with the HYSYS module for this. It does a good job.
