Temperature? Volume? Impurities?
From 5 C to 100 C
concentration of H2SO4 from 1% to 98%.
You are here

region 80-85% @ 100°C governs material choice: glass, tantalum, silicon iron
Temperature? Volume? Impurities?
upto 100,000 USGal,
The largest glass-lined vessel I have encountered was ~10k USG.
Temperature? Volume? Impurities?
Water mostly
Impurities are still critical, e.g. 50 ppmw of chlor-ion affect some materials.
Advice
Seems you have no options other than avoiding critical regions in corrosion chart by controlling temperature. We have a positive experience with 316L in similar environment if equipment&piping had been properly designed and manufactured - service life of equipment&piping was 5-10 years.
