We have closed loop LNG/(36% MEG+water) heat exchanger. System is running under operating limits but frequent glycol water pump strainer high DP observed, upon examining the strainer nothing found. Only froth observed which settled down in strainer after some time. When we start pump again it runs at low DP for quite some time but slowly DP again increases. Nothing constructive has been found.

Perhaps you have contamination in the glycol? This article on glycol foaming might suggest some paths for investigation: https://kimray.com/t...-glycol-foaming

We don't have any dehydration tower. It's a shell and tube exchanger. So GW is not coming contact with natural gas. Moreover GW temperature keeps in 2-4 deg C range. There is no possibility of Hydrocarbons present in glycol.
