Dear friends,

Does anybody know a good reference for Electrostatic Precipitator ( Hot or Wet)?I'm not looking for a detail or mechanical design. I just wanna know basic procedures and initial calculations like for example:"how much power is need for a certain amount of dust collection" or alike.

Thanks,

ASAD,

thank you for the book.

Nevertheless, I still have a question.

why do people use water to flush the collected dust from collection electrode in wet ESP?

Forgive me if my question seemed stupid for I have no electrical background. As far as I know, when u pour out water on the high voltage metal object, water will suddenly disappear and sparks occur.
