Simple answer is NO. The two are totally independent. You can have low or high density liquids that have low or high viscosities. There is no correlation between the two.

Hi Cornflict,
While absolute viscosity and density are independent properties, you may encounter use of kinematic visccosity which is by definition the ratio of a fluid's viscosity to density.
