Please guide me on Incidents involving Pyrophoric Iron Sulfide generation and oxidation resulting into consequent "Fires".With particular reference to petroleum refineries;Fuel and Lubes Producing.

This article would give you a basic idea aboutpyrophoris FeS fires. Besides the above, you type "pyrophoric iron sulphide fires" in a search engine on the net (Google for example) and get several other 'leads" on this topic.
