1 Determine the theoretical number of stages at a various recycle ratios and recommend what ratio is required
2 make estimate of the real number of stages by evaluating the Murphree efficiency of the points in the column
3 design suitable sieve plates for condition at the top and bottom of the column
4 Design a suitable condenser and reboiler for the distillation column

Read the Guidelines to Posting Questions at the beginning of this Forum and please do NOT MAKE MULTIPLE posts of the same topic. I deleted your other post in this Forum.

Describe your problem/query accurately and detailed. If you have the equilibrium data of the mixture you are separating, why haven't you plotted it on a simple Excel chart and submitted it in an Excel workbook? What do you expect our members to do with the data, plot it ourselves? Please make it easier to help you and others out by doing all the work expected of YOU.

Furnish ALL the basic data. That includes describing what the problem is about. If it is homework, say so and explain why you can't/won't do it yourself.

Our Engineering Forums are not for teenage chatting. Please write in readable and correct English so that we can all understand what it is that you are saying. DO NOT TEXT WRITE. We are all mature, experienced engineers and not adolescents. We need data and facts, not chic talk or style.
